Minc is the lead broker for the Initial Public Offering of Algae.Tec, a high technology biofuel company. 

Algae. Tec has developed superior and highly efficient algae propagation techniques for the production of biofuels and other products such as animal feed. The production process not only produces high quality biofuels but also eliminates large quantities of C02 gas, thus alleviating one of the major hazardous by-products from coal fired power stations. The Algae. Tec IPO will raise funds to finance a full scale demonstration plant estimated to be completed in May 2011.
